March has been a busy month with many visitors enjoying wonderful photographs by 11 artists – the exhibition is coming down this Friday the 1st of April – so do not miss out. Thank you to all the exhibitors – a loved and beautiful exhibition:)

The month will be hosted by me – look forward to seeing you all in the next days and weeks!
I will also host a wonderful celebration of my creative time at Jellyfish on Thursday evening the 28th of April – so more fun, food and live music for you all.

Movement Medicine Classes with Tabitha
Starts on Friday the 1st of April from 7-9pm:
A welcoming space to relax, breathe, become more aware of how our bodies move and to expand our possibilities for creativity and connection with ourselves, others and community.
Awakening the dancer inside all of us by bringing our attention into our bodies.
Although very simple and often fun, this practice can be deeply catalytic so go gently.
As it’s April Fools Day, I’m inviting your inner fool to come and play. Music will be playing from 6:50 to 7:30 for warming up.
Beginners very welcome. Classes on 8th, 15th & 29th too.

Monthly Saturday Vintage Film Club run by Alex Corder
Alex Corder is running a Vintage Film Club the first Saturday every month at Jellyfish – Saturday the 2nd of April he will be screening the amazing “Berlin – Symphony of a Great City” (1927) and “IT” with Clara Bow.

Our next Life Drawing session is on Tuesday the 19th of April from 7.30 – 9.30pm with a female model. These sessions are with model only, so please bring your own materials. £7 per person.

Lisa Class – Chinese Brush Painting Workshop (follow up)
Saturday the 23rd of April 10.30am-12.30pm £15 per person
In this follow up workshop of Chinese brush painting, we will start to explore in more detail the bamboo and peony . This will help to give you a deeper understanding of this beautiful art form. We will also look at a new subject, the goldfish, and if time permits, birds as well.

A bringing together of two travelling songstresses, one from a remote seaside town in the south-western corner of Australia, and the other from Sheffield. Lucy and Kirsty’s songs tell stories of love, people and places which zoom in on everyday moments of light and darkness. Their melodically-rich music is steeped in the Celtic, American and English folk music traditions that surrounded them growing up. Both recognised in Australia, New Zealand and the UK for their stunning vocals and intimate and moving performance styles, Lucy and Kirsty come together to tour both Australia and the UK together in 2016. An evening not to be missed.

This evening we will watch the film: “Crop Circles – Crossovers from Another Dimension?” by Terje Toftenes and Margaret Hannah will give a short talk.
Terje Toftenes is a professional, award-winning Norwegian film-maker of over 25 years experience, and an investigator into this mysterious phenomenon. This film gives a thorough examination of the subject from various angles, in which stunning aerial shots and rare footage are accompanied by interviews with leading Crop Circle researchers and scientists.
Margaret Hannah is a retired therapist and resident of Buckfastleigh for the past 18 years. She will share some of her personal experiences of visiting formations in Devon and Wiltshire.

I am also a Yuan Gong Qigong teacher and work as a Yi-Qi Therapist.

is open from 12-6pm Tues-Fri and 3-6pm on Saturdays (or by appointment).
We sell organic espresso coffee and hot choc & tea from local producer Owens Coffee. Soft drinks from local producer Luscombe Drinks and delicious biodynamic cordials from Derek Lapworth, Buckfastleigh.
Jellyfish bar is fully licensed and have Luscombe Cider, Jale Ale, lager, prosecco, white & red wine on the menu.
