An end of day yoga class to restore and strengthen us in body, mind and spirit.
With a focus on
good, comfortable posture and breathing
strength and stability of core muscles
overall integrity (physical emotional mental spiritual)
Over the course of a lifetime our needs change. The breadth and depth of yoga practices available to us means that yoga remains a lifelong practice. Research shows that in the long term yoga is more effective than other therapies in helping to maintain physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
With 25 years of teaching experience as a qualified yoga teacher and therapist and many years more of my own yoga practice, I aim to support each person as they explore yoga as a way of meeting their ever changing, individual needs.
£35 for a 5 week yoga course every Thursday from 6-7.30pm
£35 for yoga therapy (min 4 individual sessions either in the comfort of your own home or at Jellyfish)
£25-£40 for 1 1/2 h one to one session either in the comfort of your own home or Jellyfish)
